I know personally how important living a healthy lifestyle is, and attending the gym is a big part of
that. At 15, I was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes, and it completely changed the way I viewed health and
fitness. Training became more than exercise, it was a way to understand my body, manage my condition,
and build both physical and mental strength.
That experience shaped my path into the fitness industry. I went on to study Sports and Exercise
Science, followed by a master’s in Sports Therapy, to better understand how movement, recovery, and
performance all work together. Since 18, I’ve been helping people move better, feel stronger, and train
with purpose - not just for looks, but for life.
My approach focuses on functional, full-body strength that supports you beyond the gym. It’s about
building confidence, resilience, and energy that carry into everyday life. Competing in duathlons, half
marathons, and HYROX races constantly reminds me what the body is capable of with the right mindset and
consistency.
I believe everyone deserves to feel strong, capable, and in control of their health - and my goal is to
help you discover that for yourself!
