Hey, Im Brady

I know personally how important living a healthy lifestyle is, and attending the gym is a big part of that. At 15, I was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes, and it completely changed the way I viewed health and fitness. Training became more than exercise, it was a way to understand my body, manage my condition, and build both physical and mental strength.

That experience shaped my path into the fitness industry. I went on to study Sports and Exercise Science, followed by a master’s in Sports Therapy, to better understand how movement, recovery, and performance all work together. Since 18, I’ve been helping people move better, feel stronger, and train with purpose - not just for looks, but for life.

My approach focuses on functional, full-body strength that supports you beyond the gym. It’s about building confidence, resilience, and energy that carry into everyday life. Competing in duathlons, half marathons, and HYROX races constantly reminds me what the body is capable of with the right mindset and consistency.

I believe everyone deserves to feel strong, capable, and in control of their health - and my goal is to help you discover that for yourself!

Tasked with returning Harold to an active job and sporting hobbies after surgery for a torn patella ligament, we focused on restoring functional movement, improving mobility, and rebuilding confidence in daily tasks. Through structured strength work and progressive rehabilitation, he’s now moving pain-free and returned back to an active lifestyle.

As an MSc Sports Therapist, I design rehab-focused workouts and corrective exercises to help you recover safely from injuries and build resilience against re-injury.

I integrate therapy, mobility work, and smart programming so you can train hard without pain holding you back. Every session is designed around your body.

With my coaching app, you’ll have workouts, tracking, and accountability between sessions. Wherever you are, your plan moves with you.

How I work

Assessment & Measurements

We start with a detailed assessment: goals, injury history, movement screening and basic measurements so we know exactly where you are starting from. As a sports therapist I can also screen for muscle imbalances, joint limitations and areas of pain so your plan avoids setbacks from day one.

Personalised Plan

Using the assessment results I design a clear, personalised plan that includes strength programming, fat-loss strategy, and practical nutrition guidance. If you have pain or a recurring injury, corrective exercises and recovery work are built into the program. Your plan is delivered in person and guided through the coaching app so you always know what to do between sessions.

We train together! in the gym, or online. Focusing on strength, fat loss and moving pain-free. Each session is progressive, safe, and designed around your life. Between sessions the app provides workouts, video guidance, and accountability. Need hands-on treatment? I offer sports therapy and sports massage to speed recovery and keep you training consistently.

Review & Progress

Every 4–6 weeks we review progress: measurements, performance markers and pain-free movement. Plans are updated, nutrition is adjusted and recovery strategies refined so you keep moving forward. This cycle prevents plateaus and reduces the risk of re-injury, so your results are consistent and long-term.
